Your withdrawal from marketing communications will not prevent us from sending communications necessary for the administration of an event or service for which you have registered.

3. Ticket Purchases Through CloudJoi

Ticket purchases and event registrations are administered through CloudJoi, a third-party platform operated by CloudTheatre Sdn. Bhd. [Company Registration No. 202001024125 (1380445-V)].

Ticket purchases and payments are administered by CloudJoi through its own website or platform. Evolveland does not directly collect or store your payment-card or online-banking details.

When you click the relevant link, you will leave the Website and be redirected to CloudJoi’s website or platform. Any personal or payment information that you provide directly to CloudJoi will be collected and processed by CloudJoi in accordance with its own privacy notice, terms and security practices. Payment information may also be processed by third-party payment gateways engaged by CloudJoi and will be subject to the applicable payment processor’s privacy policy and terms.

CloudJoi may provide Evolveland, as the event organizer, with certain personal data required to administer the event, including your name, email address, mobile telephone number, ticketing information and payment status. Any personal data received and retained by Evolveland will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

4. PEAKS Profile Through Peaksprofile.com

Following your ticket purchase, you will be provided with a username and password to access and complete your PEAKS profile through Peaksprofile.com, a third-party platform operated by Research Communication International Pte. Ltd. in Singapore.

The PEAKS profile involves the completion of a questionnaire relating to your interests, preferences and personal attributes. The questionnaire, profile assessment and resulting report are administered by Peaksprofile.com through its own website or platform.

When you access Peaksprofile.com, you will leave the Website and be redirected to Peaksprofile.com’s website or platform. Any information provided directly to Peaksprofile.com, including your questionnaire responses and profile information, will be collected and processed by Peaksprofile.com in accordance with its own privacy notice, terms and security practices. As Peaksprofile.com is operated outside Malaysia, the personal data you provide through its platform may be transferred to, stored or processed outside Malaysia. Such processing will be governed by Peaksprofile.com’s own privacy notice, terms and applicable data-protection requirements.
